Heat treatment of 1.2346/ x210Crw12/D6 die steel 

Tempering
    Heat the steel uniformly and thoroughly at the selected tempering temperature and hold for at least one hour per 25mm of total thickness. Double tempering of X210CrW12 should be carried out with intermediate cooling to room temperature.

Applications

1. All kinds of cold stamping dies with high wear resistance and long life, as well as cold cutting blades, thread rolling boards,etc.

2. Suitable for tool molds with complex shapes and easy deformation.
